Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We dispatch from Auckland by Courier. Delivery normally takes 1-day for Auckland and the Waikato, and 2-days for the rest of North Island. Deliveries to South Island generally take between 3 to 4 days.
Q. Which model of tonneau cover is the correct size for my ute tray?
A. Our products are specifically designed for ute's in New Zealand market. Please see our sizing guide for further information on precise ute bed measurements for a range of vehicle types. If you need any help selecting lid with the correct dimensions for your ute, please contact us and we'll be happy to help!
Q. How does installation work?
A. All products are sold on a installation basis. Full instructions are provided; we find that it normally takes around 20mins to install our products; far less for people who have had prior experience.
Q. What happens if i get stuck during installation?
A. We think this is really unlikely, but if you'd like some help or guidance, give us a call us any time, and we'll do our best to solve your query or find a solution.
Q. Do you sell accessories for the Holden Crewman Ute.
A. Haha - No way. We reckon these are pretty silly vehicles. You shouldn't have bought one in the first place, and certainly shouldn't be buying accessories for it ;-)
Q. Do you provide a GST tax invoice?
A. Yes. This is sent to you automatically as soon as you place your order.
Q. I'm a fleet manager. How about a discount ?
A. Sure! Please shoot us a message or pick up the phone to us. For orders of more than ten units, we'll be delighted to provide a nice discount for you or your company.
Q. What kind of warranty do you provide?
A. All products sold are covered by our 3-year warranty, for manufacturing defects. We will also replace or repair products in the unlikely event of a minor defect (including a tear in material). We're happy to offer this in addition to your normal statutory rights under NZ consumer law.
Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Bank Transfer.
Q. What's your returns policy?
A. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused products to our depot in Auckland within 30-days for a full refund. No questions asked.
